Wall-clock time of one typed request, from sending the text to the turn record returning: plan two steps, run the thermal_bench solver case, open the engineering panel, compose the answer.

- One turn, timed by the capture tool’s clock around the request, not by JARVIS’s internal marks.
- Hosted cognition; network time is included.
