After an E-stop and a deliberate re-arm, JARVIS was listening again 41 s after relaunch and reported HEALTHY.

Time from relaunching scripts/jarvis.py with --rearm to the conversation reporting that it is listening, with the core, HUD and speech models starting.
Limits
Limitations
- One relaunch shortly after a clean shutdown, so disk caches were warm.
- Timed from the launcher’s own output, to the second.
