RELEASE-QUALIFIED Passed every qualification gate for a named release.

Limits

Registry state IMPLEMENTED set 2026-08-16. Registry corrected at Z14.79: a spoken request runs a real CalculiX solve and lights a W2 panel in tests; state stays IMPLEMENTED (no live probe).
